Agree who provides information, reviews results and makes business decisions. Approval points should be explicit in the product and operating process.
Decide from evidence
Deliver test findings, open issues, recommendations and the proposed next scope. Expand, revise or stop on the strength of the evidence. A sound decision is a useful outcome of a pilot.
